We Domus Flower LLC is looking for a Human Resource Manager to work with us to handle all HR matters across our business, developing, implementing, and overseeing all HR policies and procedures to ensure they are aligned with our vision and overall business needs.Job Description:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategyResponsible for checking and renewing company documents such as establishment card, trade license, warehouse permit, Ejari, non distribution permit etcChecking of employee documents and expiration dates (passport, visa, emirates Id and driving license)Renewal of employees residence visa and labor contractsManage payroll of employees and maintain records related to compensation/attendance dataDevelop HR policies, procedures, and handbooksHandle all insurance related workPrepare leave and final settlementHandle the recruitment and selection processOrientation and onboarding of new hiresManage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issuesBooking of annual ticket for employees or handling reimbursement for all annual ticketCoordination with department managers for the performance review of employees and assess training needsChecking, preparing and releasing overtime pay of employeesPrepare letters and job descriptionsRequired Experience:Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, ideally with experience in the UAEPreferably from the flower industryBachelor/Master Degree in Human ResourceWell versed with UAE Labour LawExcellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft WorksWork Location:DubaiImmediate joiners will be prioritizedJob Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
