Sr. Offshore Administration Officer

Position - Sr. Offshore Administration Officer Job Description • Develop detailed work schedule and break down structure.• Implement annual mobilization plan for Offshore department.• Ensure conformity of catering services onboard of barges.• Coordinate with all departments and NPCC sites in regard to administrative requirements related to offshore work.• Supervise subordinates' work and demonstrate leadership skills.• Ensure proper implementation of procedures and recommend enhancements.• Prepare reports and review those prepared by subordinates to ensure accuracy.• Mentor and coach junior staff.• Compliance with QA and HSE standards. Skills Required • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent• Minimum of 5 years experience in Offshore Administration• Good knowledge of Offshore processes and best practices• Good organizational awareness• Computer literate• Good level of written & spoken English• Strong communication skills• Work well in a multi-national & multi-cultural environment
