Responsibilities Perform administrative support and secretarial duties for the department or group. Responsible for the overall administration and sales management field of the Singapore Office. Prepare and process complex expense reports, ensuring adherence to Company policy. Timely follow-up with related departments and professionals regarding the processing status of the expense report and inform the professionals in a timely manner. Make travel arrangements effectively, including hotel accommodation, air tickets, local transportation, local working visa, and other visa applications. Manage schedules and extensively arrange/coordinate/update complex meetings for the professionals. Maintain confidential records and information. Experience in handling customer visits with great confidence. Plan, organize, and support marketing events, including customer engagement activities, trade shows, webinars, and internal events, to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. Provide personalized administrative support to the Country Manager/General Manager, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of materials for presentations and reports. Act as the primary liaison between the Country Manager/General Manager and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and prioritization of tasks. Job Requirements Well-organized with strong attention to detail. Working knowledge of MS Office. Any degree or diploma in Business or related education with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Good command of English and fluent in Mandarin due to the nature of the job. Team player with a pleasant personality. Experience in planning and executing marketing events such as trade shows, webinars, or customer engagement activities. Proven ability to manage the schedules, tasks, and communications of a Country Manager/General Manager or similar senior executive. Discretion and confidentiality in managing sensitive information and correspondence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
