A leading Oil & Gas company based in Dubai is looking for a Training Manager. To proactively identify, facilitate, and manage the company's technical training needs to ensure employees are meeting technical competence standards onshore and offshore. In addition, to support and align training priorities and delivery of training with operational requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (onshore and offshore) and assess the key priorities for development.
- Create and manage a Training Plan and allocate resources to meet training requirements.
- Source and evaluate Technical Training providers to meet requirements and ensure effective delivery and impact.
- Review training contracts of preferred providers to ensure they are meeting the company requirements.
