We're seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our company. In this pivotal role, you'll attract top talent, foster a positive work culture, and ensure employees have the support they need to thrive. Your contributions will directly impact our business objectives. Join us and enjoy the rewards of working in a purpose-driven environment! Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Process employment visa/work permit and reference checks for new candidates.
  • Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process.
HR Administration:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system.
  • Keep an accurate record of assets given to the staff.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports for management board meetings.
  • Assist in HR-related projects and initiatives.
Payroll:
  • Review attendance and process complete payroll every 25th of the month.
Offboarding and Exit Interview:
  • Process clearance of assets and cash for offboarding staff and conduct exit interviews.
  • Calculate and process the final settlement for staff.
  • Process visa cancellation and health insurance deletion for staff who resign/terminated.
Employee Relations:
  • Address employee concerns and inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the resolution of workplace conflicts and conduct investigations when necessary.
  • Maintain records of disciplinary investigations in the HR system.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Process requested letters for staff using the HR system.
Performance Management:
  • Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Work closely with managers to address performance issues and implement improvement plans.
HR Policies and Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Update and maintain HR policies and procedures, communicating changes to employees as needed.
  • Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and issues.
Employee Engagement:
  • Implement and coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Seek feedback from employees and recommend improvements to enhance workplace satisfaction.
Communication & Working Relationships:
  • Work closely with the CPO, CEO, and Heads of Department.
  • Communicate professionally with colleagues and management while maintaining a productive working environment.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
