Job title: Business Development ManagerCompany: Kinetic Business SolutionsJob description: A reputable and well-established Medical Device company is actively recruiting a Business Development Manager for their team in Dubai. Please note that you must meet all the criteria set out below for your application to be considered. Suitable candidates will be contacted within 5 working days. The main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develops sales strategies to accommodate the company's goals.Negotiate contracts for sales, manage, renew, and review contracts as required to enable effective trading.Work with the finance department to develop and implement the best financial proposals.Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company's goods.Monitor all financial and currency processes and transactions and manage all communication with export authorities for all required countries.Evaluate and select suitable agents to sell and distribute the company products while maintaining proper relations with clients and agents.Oversee & ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures.To be successful you will need to meet the following:Bachelor's degree.Qualified optometrist or dispensing Optician.At least 3 years of experience in sales and business development.Proven experience in B2B sales.Familiarity with supply-chain management and logistics.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Knowledge of the latest trends within a commercial environment.Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.Expected salary:Location: DubaiJob posting date: Wed, 24 Jul 2024 07:31:52 GMTApply for the job now!
