Position Overview: The Head of Real Estate is responsible for driving the company's real estate sales and acquisitions while building and leading a team of skilled real estate brokers. This role focuses on expanding the company's real estate presence, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate has a robust background in real estate sales and team leadership within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities: Real Estate Sales Leadership:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.Lead and mentor a team of real estate brokers, providing guidance to help them meet their targets.Identify and pursue new market opportunities to drive sales growth. Team Building & Management:Recruit, train, and manage a team of real estate brokers.Create a positive and collaborative team environment focused on achieving high performance.Set clear goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to team members. Property Acquisition:Identify potential properties for acquisition that align with the company's growth strategy.Negotiate property purchases to secure favorable terms.Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and other key stakeholders. Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.Negotiate deals with clients, ensuring they align with the company's objectives.Address high-level client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Qualifications:5+ years of experience in real estate sales and management within the UAE.Proven experience in leading and growing a successful real estate team.Strong understanding of real estate markets and sales strategies.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
