Product Quality Engineer

Job Description: Attends customer’s complaints and inquiries on quality-related matters. Investigate and analyze customer complaints and follow up with the relevant departments to ensure that they are addressed and closed in a timely manner. Coordinate customer requests for products in mass production. Attend quality reviews and presentations as required by the customers. Monitor and manage product quality performance and submit review reports to Management periodically. Study and improve production quality yield for each status of sample. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar role. Self-motivated, innovative, dynamic, and a team player. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to meet deadlines and willing to perform overtime.
