Job Title: Electrical Engineer & Mechanical Engineer Vacancy: 1 vacancy for both roles
Job Description
- Design, develop, and optimize electrical and mechanical systems for a variety of applications, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
- Conduct detailed analysis and simulations to validate design concepts, using software tools to predict performance under various conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical and mechanical components into cohesive systems, focusing on seamless operation.
- Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports, to communicate design intent and support manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering issues in both electrical and mechanical domains, applying innovative problem-solving techniques.
- Implement rigorous testing protocols to assess system performance, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of engineering tasks.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, leveraging this knowledge to enhance design practices and product offerings.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and sustainability in all engineering processes, adhering to regulatory requirements and environmental considerations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams, facilitating the transition from design to manufacturing and ensuring product quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, with a strong foundation in both disciplines to ensure versatility.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or relevant certification to validate expertise and commitment to high engineering standards.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical design, showcasing a proven track record of successful projects.
- Experience in industries such as automotive, aerospace, or energy, demonstrating adaptability to different engineering challenges.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB) to streamline design and analysis processes.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with attention to detail, enabling effective evaluation of complex systems and components.
- Proven teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work harmoniously in multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
