Job Description
About Us: We are a diversified Group of Companies in Dubai-UAE with operations spanning across Properties, IT Hardware, Healthcare, and Retail sectors . To support our growing businesses, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive / HR Manager to join our team.Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full HR spectrum, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices across all company divisions.
- Coordinate talent acquisition strategies to recruit qualified professionals for various sectors.
- Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.
- Manage payroll processes, employee benefits, and leave management in compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance processes effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate HR metrics to ensure organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Provide HR support for multi-sector operations, including Properties, IT Hardware, Healthcare, and Retail .
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive/HR Manager , preferably within a multi-industry environment.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
