Salary: 5,000AED - 10,000AED (depending on experience) + commission The Team Leader (Sales - Off-Plan Developments) oversees and manages a sales team dedicated to promoting and selling off-plan properties. This role involves setting sales targets, developing sales strategies, mentoring and supporting sales consultants, and ensuring the successful achievement of sales goals for off-plan developments. This role is pivotal in driving the sales efforts for off-plan developments, ensuring that the sales team is effective, motivated, and aligned with the company's goals, ultimately contributing to the success of the real estate development company. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales consultants focused on off-plan property sales. Set sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds these goals.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes for off-plan developments. Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
  3. Monitor sales activities and performance metrics to ensure targets are being met.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, investors, and real estate agents. Coordinate with marketing and development teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to potential buyers.
  5. Oversee the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and property tours.
  6. Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients.
  7. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
  8. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Skills and Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on off-plan developments required.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful sales teams.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, particularly off-plan developments. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and real estate CRM software.
  7. Valid real estate license.
  8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  9. High level of organization and attention to detail.
