Our team is dedicated to pushing boundaries and achieving excellence mainly in energy, the environment, food and the marine industry.We are seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to sell Alfa Laval transactional products and services within the assigned area of responsibility and provide direct support to customers.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the "Lead to Order" process for enquiries pertinent to Spare Parts & Services.Proactively identify and capture upselling opportunities.Investigate & identify the parts required and submit quotations.Check parts availability and ensure correct pricing to provide quotations utilizing our ERP and associated systems.Weekly monitoring of Open Quotes and communication with Customers and Sales team to win orders.Order registration in the ERP system and provide associated purchase orders to internal and external suppliers.Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way to support the sales process and take decisions.Follow up on order fulfillment progress with the Order Handling team.Maintain customer contact info and equipment information in Installed Base.Support Sales team members with spare parts related information, as required.Why Alfa Laval?An exciting place to build your career with the opportunity to expand your global network, inside and outside of Alfa Laval, with different nationalities.Excellent learning opportunity to work with our global leaders.We offer you an interesting and challenging position in an international, open, and friendly environment where we help each other to develop and create value for our customers.Your work will have a true impact on Alfa Laval's future success; you will be learning new things every day.140 years old Swedish multinational company with stable growth and expansion.Sustainability and contributing back to the people and planet are motives behind everything we do.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
