AV Solutions Engineer - Post Sales

Join our dynamic team as an Audio-Visual Systems Engineer, bringing expertise in designing and commissioning advanced AV solutions. With a background in electrical engineering and a commitment to staying at the forefront of technology, you'll play a key role in exceeding client expectations and driving innovation in the AV space. Duties & Responsibilities: Review designs, drawings, and engineering for AV systems.Attend client meetings and provide support to the Design Team.Architect cost-effective, reliable AV designs based on client needs.Develop detailed Scopes of Works for projects and commission systems independently or with outsourced teams.Hand over operational AV systems meeting all client requirements.Drive the technology evaluation stage post-sales, acting as the key technical advisor.Interact directly with client management and end-users, articulating technology and product positioning.Identify and address technical issues for complete customer satisfaction.Provide discovery support for environmental details and modify documentation as needed.Demonstrate ongoing technical education through certifications. Requirements: Proven experience in designing and commissioning AV systems.Strong knowledge of audio, video, control systems, and networking.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.Problem-solving ability and adaptability to changing project requirements.Commitment to continued technical education and relevant certifications.Proficient in creating and modifying detailed documentation.Customer-focused mindset with a track record of exceeding expectationsQualification:Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Audio Engineering, IT, or related field.
