We're recruiting 'Retail Leasing Manager' for one of our clients based in Sharjah, UAE.Job Description:In this role, we're looking for someone who is responsible for scheduling and conducting site visits with potential clients, agents, and other related duties.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for leasing vacant units and maintaining the required occupancy percentage.Negotiate and convince tenants to implement all the terms and conditions mentioned in the lease template.Assist prospective tenants with their leasing inquiries.Actively source and secure desired retailers for the project.Handle all incoming inquiries pertaining to retail leasing in a professional and efficient manner.Maintain all lease file systems, both in paper format and electronically, that may be easily accessed by the team.Requirements:Experience: Minimum 5 years retail leasing experience is a must.
