March 6, 2024Location - DubaiExperience - 1-2 yearsVentures ONSITE (www.venturesonsite.com), a product by Ventures Middle East, is a subscription-based platform utilized as a business development tool providing accurate and detailed information on completed, ongoing, and future construction projects.The primary responsibility of the Business Development Executive is to sell the MEA Construction Projects Database to the construction industry and to meet and/or exceed the assigned quota within an assigned target.Roles and ResponsibilitiesEnsure territory achieves or exceeds required quotaIndependently develop processes to obtain leads through possible sourcing opportunities, and work closely with company partners to leverage prospects/clientsContact potential clients to assess their individual needs and demonstrate how the products can meet or exceed these needsProfessional communication in written form is requiredDevelop and submit comprehensive proposals for all potential clientsMaintain accurate up-to-date sales pipeline and forecastsAttend exhibitions and conferences where the company is participating, to promote the company's products and servicesEnsure the company's image, its products, and services are presented to clients and prospects in a professional mannerAssist Account Manager with sales and marketing activitiesAssist Research Team if needed in collecting any information for product improvementQualificationsUnderstanding of the Construction & Energy sectorDemonstrated experience developing processes to obtain leads through comparison and evaluation of possible sourcing opportunitiesExpertise in territory management and organizationProven ability to achieve goalsDemonstrated earnings historyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional organizational skillsSelf-motivated to work independently, with team support, to close businessDemonstrated commitment to completing tasks and objectivesEffectively work with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
