INOI recognizes the importance of innovation and aims to be at the forefront of technological progress, offering solutions that anticipate and meet the needs of our customers worldwide.Job Description:We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in warehouse management, inventory control, and team leadership.Responsibilities:Warehouse Operations:Oversee all warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, storing, and order fulfilment.Ensure efficient and organized workflow within the warehouse.Inventory Management:Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures.Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate stock levels.Manage stock rotation and minimize excess inventory.Team Leadership:Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills.Quality Control:Implement and enforce quality control standards for incoming and outgoing shipments.Address and resolve any quality issues in collaboration with relevant departments.Safety Compliance:Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.Conduct regular safety training sessions for warehouse staff.Communication:Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of warehouse activities.Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.Proven experience in warehouse management (minimum 5 years).Strong knowledge of inventory management and control practices.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Effective communication and leadership skills.Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
