Skills Required Good knowledge of mechanical systems such as pumps, chillers, hydrant pump systems, and irrigation pump systems. Basic knowledge of cooling systems (LV and ELV systems). Working knowledge of generators, chillers, and pumps. Skill in installation, repair, and maintenance of all types of mechanical system equipment and components. Personal Skills Degree or technical degree with relevant experience. Strong English verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment. Good problem-solving skills and ability to meet demanding time constraints. Excels in ambiguous situations as a chance to show leadership. Qualifications Bachelor's engineering degree or technical degree diploma (with a minimum of 10+ years of experience). 3-5 years of experience in data center facilities management. 6+ years of total experience in MEP operations or facility management. Other Requirements Data center certifications will be an added advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
