Property Management Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement property management strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of property managers to achieve operational excellence and professional growth.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Operational Management
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property management teams, ensuring efficient and effective property management practices.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of property maintenance, ensuring properties are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with all relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as leasing, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless property management operations.
  • Review current proptech systems in place and work with the Global resources to identify areas for upgrade, introduction or improvement.
  • Create and enhance a central document suite for report formats, notices, and email templates for uniformity across all regional offices.
Financial Performance
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
  • Oversee rent collections, lease renewals, and tenant retention strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Implement and manage a framework for securing profitable new contracts.
  • Identify opportunities for driving efficiencies.
