A dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager – Nightlife is needed to lead the operations of a premier nightlife venue in Dubai. This role is perfect for a hospitality professional with a passion for the nightlife scene and a proven track record in managing high-energy dining and entertainment environments. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving the venue’s success through innovative events and VIP services. To be considered for the role of Restaurant Manager – Nightlife in Dubai you will need to fulfill the following requirements: Oversee all aspects of the nightlife venue’s operations, including dining, bar service, entertainment, and guest relations, ensuring a top-tier experience for all patrons. Lead and manage a team of service staff, bartenders, and hosts, providing guidance and support to maintain high standards of service and hospitality. Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, with a focus on creating memorable experiences for VIP guests and regular patrons. Coordinate with the events team to plan and execute themed nights, special promotions, and entertainment that align with the venue’s brand and attract a diverse crowd. Manage the financial performance of the venue, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization, ensuring profitability while maintaining high service standards. Monitor and enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff alike. Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining the venue’s reputation. Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to promote the venue, drive foot traffic, and enhance its presence in the competitive nightlife market. Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a nightlife setting, nightclub, or similar high-energy hospitality environment is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
