Key responsibilities include overseeing VTS stock management, addressing technical issues, updating system records, and supporting country offices with technical assistance.Accountabilities/Responsibilities:Manage VTS device stock as per the SOP, including creating stock orders in FMS, following up the order with the supplier, arranging verification and recording incoming and outgoing units in FMS.Inform the supplier of faulty devices and ensure timely rectification or replacement of faulty units as per the VTS stock management SOP.Allocate, issue and update all VTS device and related information in all FMS relevant modules.Monitor post-installation validation of all VTS devices and compile reports, updating the VTS database.Follow up on airtime subscription timely payments and update relevant records in FMS, preparing a monthly report for invoice verification.Timely address VTS support requests received through the fleet portal or other channels and ensure prompt provision of necessary technical assistance to the COs.Prepare Monthly VTS Support performance reports with clear KPIs to ensure promptness and effectiveness of the VTS support.Setup VTS user accounts ensuring the COs have appropriate and smooth system access to use the VTS platform.Update, maintain and compile VTS device statistics in the database and ensure timely updates of data in FMS.Produce periodic VTS reports to evaluate and optimize fleet utilization and performance.Provide ongoing support on the creation and adjustment of alerts, geofences, and points of interest based on operational requirements from users in the Country offices.Assist in configuring driver ID databases, generate quarterly driver ID use compliance reports, and provide corrective action recommendations.Generate regular reports on VTS devices technical issues and provide technical support and guidance to enhance the effectiveness of VTS technicians.Perform any other duties as requested by the immediate supervisor.Qualifications & Experience Required:Secondary education or other relevant disciplines. A post-secondary certificate in the related functional area; a university/college diploma in engineering, automotive technology, or electronics is desirable.Experience:At least 5 years of working experience as administrative support assistant within a similar job in the relevant field.Experience in writing analytical reports and presenting facts with a good command of the English Language.Comprehensive understanding and excellent working knowledge of WINGS II or equivalent ERP and MS Office.Deep knowledge and working experience on Vehicle Tracking System.Experience in providing coaching or training to other staff members.Languages:Verbal and written fluency in English (proficiency/level C) is required.
