Description Element 8 is a Dubai-based digital agency with over 13 years of expertise in the dynamic landscape of web and app development. Established with a commitment to innovation and excellence, we have become a trusted partner for businesses seeking cutting-edge solutions to thrive in the digital world. We are currently looking for a Website Developer (WordPress) with at least 4 years of agency experience to join our dynamic team in Dubai.Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of complex, high-traffic websites, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers and product managers, to translate design concepts into fully functional websites.Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.Architect and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable web applications using cutting-edge technologies.Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to established coding standards.Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into the development process as appropriate.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with the support and operations teams as needed.Implement and maintain secure coding practices to ensure the integrity and security of web applications.Preferred:Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).Knowledge of web security best practices.Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Previous experience working on high-traffic websites or e-commerce platforms.
