We have achieved lots of global success and growth and are here in Dubai!We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our Back Office team, where you'll play a key role in the onboarding/KYC process for both new and existing customers.Responsibilities:Verification of clientsRequest, validate, and approve documents as part of the KYC onboarding processEnsure the company's strong KYC and AML procedures are strictly followedReview screening alerts for Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), Sanctions, and Adverse Media in a timely and diligent mannerInvestigate and respond to AML and transaction monitoring alertsLiaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experienceDemonstrate strong analytical skills in assessing risks of prospective clientsDocument authenticity verification using available software and provided trainingIdentify and report fraudulent applications and reject those that do not meet the agreed assessment criteria.Requirements:Professional working experience in a financial institution e.g. Banking sector and Fintech is a plusEnglish language - intermediateAttention to detail and ability to multitaskAbility to work a flexible shift schedule (sometimes including nights and weekends, nights and weekend shifts are remote.)Ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment.In return, you will get:Competitive SalaryInternational Team CollaborationState-of-the-art EquipmentGenerous Annual Leave PolicyEmployee Referral ProgramGreat office in a central locationComprehensive Private Medical InsuranceAnnual Global Performance Review CycleWorkation - work from abroad for up to 30 days a year, in 5-day incrementsGreat Benefit SystemBe a key player at the forefront of the digital assets movement, propelling your career to new heights!Join a dynamic and rapidly expanding company that values and rewards talent, initiative, and creativity.Work alongside one of the most brilliant teams in the industry.
