Safety, environment, and wellbeing are our foundation, and we never compromise them.As a Project Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:Implementing modern IT solutions for marine ports, which involves participating in hardware and software installation, commissioning, and supervising local subcontractors and suppliers.Creating and reviewing project technical specifications, system design drawings, and scope of supply.Identifying and evaluating technical solutions, preferred models, and vendors for 3rd party equipment within the scope of supply.Providing customer support via email, phone, and on-site visits.Conducting quality control of completed work.Adhering to internal company and functional policies and procedures.In order to excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who have the following qualifications and skills:Proficiency in computer and IT skills, preferably with knowledge of Microsoft and Cisco systemsA BSc in IT engineering and/or relevant IT/Electronics/CAD certificationStrong troubleshooting and technical skills, as well as the ability to envision solutions and plan tasks for themselves and subordinatesAt least 1 year of apprenticeship or work experience in a similar roleA keen interest in modern PC hardware, virtualization, and networksProficiency in English, both written and verbal An additional advantage for the candidate would be:Cisco CCNA certification or betterMCSA certificationKnowledge in RADAR, VHF, AIS, ECDIS, GMDSSWhy you and us:All our employees are encouraged to utilise the variety of training activities, learning solutions and self-study materials that we have to offer which supports the opportunity to further develop your talents and competencies within a very global working environment, in an ambitious and growth orientated organisation.Contact & next steps:Please submit your application through our Careers portal.
