Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to our local and international websites.

Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.

Perform regular SEO audits and identify issues that may impact search engine performance.

Optimise website content, meta tags, images, and other on-page elements for SEO.

Focus on increasing the number of leads and qualified leads from our websites from key markets.

Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the content creation process.

Monitor and analyse traffic performance and SEO performance using top-tier tools with utmost transparency in reporting for C-level executives in the company.

Continuously implement the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

Build and manage link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and search rankings.

Provide regular reports and insights on SEO performance, including traffic trends, ranking changes, leads performance, and ROI.

Work with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.

Develop and execute strategies for optimising local and international SEO, considering the linguistic and cultural differences in various markets.

Bring the company's websites to the first search page for top 50 keywords identified as most relevant in terms of lead conversion.

Utilise and improve all major SEO platforms: Google SEO, Google Maps, Yandex SEO, Bing SEO, and others as per agreed strategy.

What we're looking for:

3-5 years in developing and implementing successful SEO strategies for local and international websites.

Demonstrated success in increasing the number of leads and qualified leads from key markets.

Proficient in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and techniques (keyword research, SEO auditing, on-page optimization).

Ability to optimise content in English, Russian, Arabic, German, French, and Chinese.

Strong ability to monitor, analyse, and report on SEO performance and traffic trends using top-tier tools.

Experience working with content creators to integrate SEO best practices into content creation.
