Enterprise Services Manager, Professional Services - ASEANJob ID: 2790152 | Amazon Web Services Singapore Private LimitedAWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.As a Consulting Sales Leader / Enterprise Service Manager (ESM), you will manage the working relationship with key customers, and develop / execute a long-term Professional Services strategy within the accounts. You will be a trusted advisor for our customers, and you will be responsible for all aspects of business development, relationship development, delivery oversight and program management.Key Job ResponsibilitiesLong term development of Cloud Strategy for commercial customersEngage with customers to understand their business drivers and application portfolioIdentify and develop specific opportunities; and supporting business casesDeal shaping, including estimations, deal pricing, contract negotiations and closingPlanning and implementation of a portfolio of projects, including budget and deliverable responsibilities; and mitigation of delivery risks and issuesOverseeing delivery of projects in account, ensuring high quality deliveryAct as single person of contact for Customer executives, developing trusted relationshipsEducate customers on AWS services and translate those into a clear business value propositionAbout the TeamDiverse ExperiencesAmazon values diverse experiences. That's why you'll find endless knowledge-sharing, mentorship and other career-advancing resources here to help you develop into a better-rounded professional.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSIT consulting/management experience, with demonstrated IT Cloud Transformation experience in customer-facing rolesExperience working with large multi-national or public sector organizations as the Consulting Services lead, Account and/or Relationship ManagerA proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale enterprise IT projectsA proven track record in managing Executive Customer relationships and key business stakeholdersExperience with contract and statement of work developmentPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in IT Cloud TransformationsEnterprise Architecture Frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman) and identifying the relationships between business services, information, applications and global infrastructure assetsEnterprise IT management frameworks (e.g. COBIT, ITIL) and Enterprise cybersecurity management frameworks (e.g. ISO27001, NIST CSF)Broad enterprise systems technology experience including IaaS / virtualization technologies, SAP, Oracle, and custom applicationsKnowledge of local Government policies relating to procurement, data management and cybersecurityPosted: July 31, 2024Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
