Technical Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our internal team as a Technical Support Specialist. This role will involve providing comprehensive technical support to our internal team members across various business entities in different Emirates. They will be responsible for troubleshooting IT-related hardware and software issues, assisting with internet connections, and GPS systems, and implementing software solutions.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for IT-related hardware, including troubleshooting and maintenance.Assist in setting up and troubleshooting internet connections and GPS systems.Implement software solutions and provide support for software-related tasks, including configuration and updates.RequirementsA valid driving license is a must.Passionate, committed, and confident individual.Currently available in UAE.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must HaveBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.Strong understanding of IT hardware, software, and networking principles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
