Responsibilities:

Monitor credit quality of portfolio for risk recognition and assign proper risk ratings for each relationship. Develop a marketing plan to identify corporate relationships within the accepted industries. Solicit new corporate relationships and ensure the quality of the portfolio is satisfactory.

Directly manage the corporate customers portfolio and other relationship manager portfolios. Be highly responsive to customer needs and ensure a high level of satisfaction of clients in the portfolio.

Maintain portfolio quality with no direct credit losses. Maximize profitability, achieve business growth, and targeted market share as per objectives. Ensure all documentation is valid and complete in the assigned portfolio.

Interact with the Credit Risk Management and Advances Division to resolve queries regarding credit proposals. Monitor the performance of assigned employees and provide opportunities for their growth and development.

Assist HCBG/TL with various management reports to support career growth. Responsible for all relationships within the portfolio, including but not limited to:

Transaction monitoring

Money laundering

Sanctions

Terrorism finance

Manage actions and requests received by Internal Compliance, adhering to SOP, Policy, DOA, Corporate Governance, and Brand guidelines against all agreed timeframes.

Experience & Qualifications:

6-8 years of extensive experience in corporate banking, preferably within the banking industry. MBA/Bachelor's degree with a specialization in finance, marketing, or an equivalent qualification.
