As a Sales Manager at JungleWorks, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring and nurturing new customers for our innovative SaaS products. You will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and effectively demonstrate how our solutions can address their challenges.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation and Engagement: Actively engage with inbound leads from various sources, including website inquiries, marketing campaigns, and referrals.Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of JungleWorks' SaaS products, their features, benefits, and how they can be tailored to meet customer requirements.Consultative Selling: Conduct consultative sales conversations to identify customer pain points and propose solutions that align with their business objectives.Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations or online presentations to showcase the value and capabilities of JungleWorks' products.Objection Handling: Address customer concerns and objections effectively, providing clear explanations and solutions.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and technical teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in our CRM system.Deal Closing: Negotiate terms, present pricing options, and guide customers through the sales process to close deals successfully.Required Skills and Qualifications:4-5 years of experience in IT/solution sales or a related field.Strong verbal and written communication skills.In-depth knowledge of JungleWorks' SaaS products and their applications.Ability to analyze customer needs and propose tailored solutions.Active listening skills to understand customer concerns and provide relevant responses.Proficiency in using sales tools, CRM systems, and virtual communication platforms.Excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively.Empathy and a customer-centric approach.Strong time management and organizational skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
