Business Development Manager (Full Time) (2+ Years Exp.)Role: Business Development ManagerLocation: Dubai, UAEType: Full-TimeDate Posted: 01.08.2024About RedoQ: RedoQ is a prominent IT company, focused on delivering innovative solutions and exceptional digital experiences. We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager with 2-3 years of experience to drive growth and expand our market presence.Requirements2-3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the Food and IT Services Industry.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proficiency in CRM software.Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients to drive revenue growth.Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve business goals.Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients.Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.Track and report on business development activities and performance metrics to senior management.Skills and QualificationsProven experience in business development or sales with a track record of achieving targets.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and analysis.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.PreferredExperience in food industry is a plus.Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.Established network of contacts within the industry.Relevant certifications in business development or sales.Application ProcessInterested candidates should submit their resume, cover letter, and any relevant certifications to support@redoq.com.Office Locations:UK: Churchill House, Stoke-on-Trent, United Kingdom, ST13JJIndia: Infinity IT Lagoon Sector V, Kolkata, 700091UAE: Phygital Business Center, Business Village, Block A, Port Saeed Deira, Dubai
