Our Dubai team is seeking an ambitious and experienced Social Media Manager to support our expanding portfolio of international clients.Crowd is a global marketing agency that amplifies demand for brands worldwide. Founded in 2012, we've established international offices in key business hubs across the globe. Specialising in creative communications, we serve a diverse clientele spanning travel, real estate, gaming, government, retail, F&B, education, and more. Our Dubai team is expanding, and we're seeking a talented Social Media professional to join us.You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing social media strategies, creating content, engaging with the audience, and analysing performance metrics to enhance client social presence and brand awareness.About the jobKey TasksExecute social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, Threads, LinkedIn, Snapchat and TikTok.Create and curate high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform.Manage daily social media activities, including posting, responding to comments, and interacting with followers.Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities for engagement.Attend live events and capture real-time content on mobile devices in an authentic / professional manner.Plan and create engaging reels and video content leveraging trendy features, audio and transitions.Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and strategic insights to improve strategies.Assist in the development of social media campaigns and promotions.Collaborate with the team to ensure social media content aligns with broader marketing goals.Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.Support the team in crisis management and reputation management efforts.Ensure brand consistency and voice across all social media channels.Key Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field required.5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 1 year in a management role.Fluent English & Arabic speaker/writer is mandatory.Deep knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software.Good experience with video editing and creating reels/TikTok videos.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative and strategic mindset with an eye for design and trends.Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.Good experience in social media advertising and performance measurement.Bonus SkillsGCC/MENA experience is preferred.Experience in e-sports, retail, tech, travel and government sectors.Photography and video editing skills are preferred.Capability to work with AI tools to improve work efficiency.Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and other creative tools are a plus.BenefitsAnnual return-flight expenses covered to home country (after 1 year of service).Company laptop.Private medical insurance.Bonus Scheme.Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days at home).Your birthday off (paid leave).Volunteering & Training Days (paid leave).
