We are seeking a talented and driven Partnership Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing partnerships with organizations and businesses to drive growth and achieve strategic objectives. The Partnership Manager will play a key role in developing, negotiating, and executing partnership agreements and will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful partnerships.DutiesIdentify and cultivate new partnership opportunities that align with the company's goals and objectivesManage existing partner relationships and collaborate with partners to maximize mutual benefitsDevelop and execute partnership agreements, including negotiating terms and conditionsWork closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive successful partnership outcomesTrack and analyze partnership performance metrics to measure success and inform strategyRequirementsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related fieldProven experience in partnership management or business developmentStrong negotiation and communication skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersExperience in project management and working cross-functionallyKnowledge of relevant industries and market trendsResults-oriented with a focus on driving business growthStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectivelyExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
