We are seeking a dedicated Social Media Customer Service representative to join our team at SmartPlus. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers on social media platforms, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages across various social media platformsResolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional mannerCollaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service deliveryProvide product information and support to customers through social media channelsAnalyze customer feedback and identify trends to enhance service qualityMaintain a positive brand image and engage with customers to foster loyaltyIf you have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to handle inquiries effectively, we want to hear from you!RequirementsBachelor degree in Marketing (Fresh Graduates)Strong proficiency in social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, youtub etc.)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to empathize with customers and provide effective solutionsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think criticallyDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to work well in a team and collaborate with different departments
