About Our Client The client is a well established regional organisation who operates in multiple sectors in Saudi Arabia. Job Description The Head of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for:Evaluating and determining the right structure of the sales departmentReviewing and deciding the annual sales strategyEstablishing the marketing function in-house and building the yearly marketing planImplementing market research and analysing competitors in each categoryDiagnosing and proposing a suitable pricing strategyConducting research, assessment and recommending distributors in regions that are not currently covered The Successful Applicant The Head of Sales and Marketing needs to have:15+ years of sales and marketing experience including 3 to 5 years as a Head of Sales and MarketingA strong background in the beauty or personal care segmentsA deep understanding of the Saudi market gained from previous work experience in the KingdomExcellent English communication skills, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Arabic is preferred What's on Offer There is a competitive package on offer and an unrivalled opportunity to join a well established regional company.
