Reference number: DTC/DUBAI/1018703Locations:DubaiIf you're looking for a challenge that stretches your talents and you want to make a real difference, come and help us support the digital transformation of banking in the Middle East.CANDIDATE PROFILEMaster level in Economics, IT, Banking, Management or related+ 5 years of experience gained in Bank, Consulting firm or Solution provider+ 3 years of pre-sales experience is imperative, as the successful candidate will make a business impact as soon as possibleProven results in the area of software solutions sales to the BanksExpert knowledge of banking products and processes, digital channels, loan originationCurious about technology, innovation and fintech ecosystemGoal oriented attitudeAvailability to frequent business tripsProven experience in influencing others, negotiations, and public speakingCharisma and optimism in day-to-day work as well as analytical-thinking confidence, and perseveranceExcellent spoken and written English + Arabic and/or HindiYOUR RESPONSIBILITIESIdentifying and managing customer's needs in banking for Comarch portfolioPreparing and conducting presentations and product demos for ExecutivesQuote and proposal preparation with other departments within the Comarch global structureTaking an active role in RFI/RFP processes and in contract negotiations led by the sales teamMarket analysis, trends identification dedicated to the banking digital transformation and innovationOrganize and carry out marketing activities in order to promote the solutions, expertise and brand of Comarch including but not limited to speaking at events, taking part in panels, hosting round tables, writing content online (blogs, articles, social media posts)FOR YOUBeing part of an international group where action-taking and ambition are being rewardedA chance to play an active role in the ongoing digital transformation projects amongst market leadersAccess to the latest technologies and knowledge baseHaving a real impact on the future development of Comarch products for bankingStable employment - Comarch have been on the market for 30 years
