Job Description: The Senior Sales Executive will play a vital role in driving the growth of Codilar Technologies inthe Saudi market. This position requires a dynamic sales professional with over 3 years ofexperience who thrives in a high-energy environment and has a proven ability to exceed salestargets. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales cycle, and willwork closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Actively pursue new sales opportunities and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.Identify, target, and generate new business opportunities through various channels suchas cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding theirbusiness needs and presenting suitable solutions.Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients,showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions.Maintain consistent follow-up with potential clients to move them through the salespipeline and ensure a high conversion rate.Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Head, ensuring transparencyand accountability.Utilize CRM tools to track and manage all sales activities, ensuring accurate andup-to-date client information. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on business developmentand sales hunting.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Experience in Magento or similar services sales is a strong advantageExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong ability to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
