Pürovel Spa & Sports offers a selection of spa treatments, a fully equipped gym, jacuzzi, sauna and indoor swimming pool.Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.Job DescriptionThe painting and repair work of interior facilities within the hotel premises, as well as maintenance work for interior facilities.Hotel guest room wallpaper repairs, touch-ups and maintenance of items such as wallpaper, carpets, and fixtures, as well as repair and painting work.Overall operational management of buildings and facilities.Management of building maintenance operations through outsourcing and collaboration with partner companies.Development and implementation of maintenance, repair, and renewal plans for furniture, fixtures, and equipment, including kitchen appliances, within hotel rooms and premises.Energy management of electricity, gas, water, and other utilities.Proper disposal and management of waste, waste reduction, and resource management.Creating various documents such as requests, reports, and invoices.Email checking and management.Document creation.Coordination tasks with relevant sections and partner companies.QualificationsExperience in painting and interior repair work.Experience in furniture and fixture touch-ups and repairs, painting work.Experience in repairing and refurbishing items such as wallpaper and carpets.Experience in hotel facility maintenance.Experience in any of the aforementioned areas will be given preferential consideration.Capable of effective communication with others from diverse backgrounds.Bright, maintains a sense of cleanliness, and leaves a positive impression.Values teamwork, cooperation, and collaboration within a team.Communicate effectively in Japanese.Having a basic knowledge of PC skills such as Word and Excel.Additional InformationPart of the International Accor global and hotel team.Employee meals while on shift, laundry, yearly anniversary stay.Career progression within the hotel and the Accor network.Work within a progressive team.
