  • Driver the organizational restructuring to ensure the organization design is enabling the company and its subsidiary companies to achieve their goals.
  • Leads the organizational development, rewards management, performance management and workforce planning domains for the company and its subsidiary.
  • Manages and directs the development of company-wide HC Strategy, policies and processes as per the guidelines given by VP Human Capital.
  • Designs & implements a high-quality Human Capital project, processes, and services to ensure an effective organization design is in place to translate company’s strategy into action.
  • Leads the digitalization of HC in line with HC and the company’s Strategy.
  • Ensures the integration of HC solutions across company’s and subsidiaries through the HC business partners.
  • Develops and maintains strategies aiming at performance improvement of individuals and increasing a High-performance Working Culture in place.
  • Leads the development of HC service level agreements (SLAs) with subsidiary.
  • Defines and executes annual HC strategy process cycle including performance management, succession planning, workforce planning, annual salary reviews, etc.
  • Provides thorough leadership and best practice HC expertise to the company and its subsidiary.
  • Collaborates with HCBPs to ensure the application of HC processes and practices in a standardized way.
  • Acts a Custodian of SuccessFactors from Human Capital
  • Ensures subordinates comply with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards in the department, cascading the objectives and KPIs to all members of the team.
  • Oversees the selection of workforce in the department, in line with the business operational plans.
  • Takes necessary actions that boost subordinate engagement and enhance capability development by providing ongoing feedback and by coaching team members within the department.
  • Ensures all department staff adhere to safety and security regulations and take precautionary measures within the relevant scope of work.
  • Optimizes department’s performance and cost effectiveness through designing and monitoring of challenging KPI’s.
  • Reviews department’s performance against budget targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and initiate remedial action to correct adverse variances and enhance performance.
  • Manages all government and regulatory matters in accordance with company policies.
  • Demonstrates effective compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Ensures department employees are following all safety & security regulations.
  • In conjunction with all parties, ensure all company’s policies are adhered to and maintained effectively.
