Historically they worked mostly in Abu Dhabi, but now work across the UAE and are establishing a team and workloads in KSA. They now have 120+ staff and continue to grow. They are very strong at small and medium scale delivery, working on very high profile projects that get built. This is a design led company, (not an infrastructure led consultancy), and therefore suits people who want to get high quality work built. About the Role This is an important and strategic hire, we are looking for an Associate who can lead teams and lead projects. You will be given design leadership responsibility working closely with their Directorial team. The appointed person should be able to independently manage all aspects of multiple complex projects simultaneously, including managing client expectations, maintaining project programs and budgets, leading project teams, and driving design excellence. The Associate Landscape Architect will play an essential role in providing project management and financial control for allocated projects. This role includes client liaison and management and business development providing strong technical and business leadership. About You We are looking for someone with a minimum of 12 years' experience working with other leading consultancies. You will be an excellent communicator who enjoys a leadership role. We would like to engage with people who want to deliver work. Our client needs a candidate who is comfortable working with both the in-house design team, and also being very much client facing. Previous UAE experience is critical, and so is ambition. This consultancy is expanding, and this role will suit someone who has strong professional and personal ambitions.
