As we continue to grow we are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to help us find and attract toptier talent that aligns with our vision and values.Job Overview:The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract evaluate and hire qualified candidates. This role involves managing the endtoend recruitment cycle enhancing employer branding and improving candidate experience to build a strong workforce that drives our companys success.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies that align with ASTUDIOs objectives enhancing our ability to source attract and onboard top talent.Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through a variety of channels including social media platforms job boards networking events and employee referrals.Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to hiring ensuring a smooth efficient and positive experience for all candidates.Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing department to enhance ASTUDIOs employer brand across various platforms making the company a top choice for potential candidates.Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job specifications ensuring alignment with business goals.Interviewing: Conduct initial screening calls and participate in interview panels to assess candidates skills culture fit and potential for success within the company.Analytics and Reporting: Utilize recruitment metrics to gauge effectiveness optimize processes and report on recruitment activities to senior management.Onboarding: Coordinate with HR to facilitate a seamless onboarding process helping new hires integrate into ASTUDIO successfully.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.Minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferably within the digital marketing or creative sectors.Proven track record of designing and implementing successful recruiting strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.Proficient in the use of HR software and candidate management systems.Passionate about sourcing and recruiting the best talent.What We Offer:A chance to be part of a vibrant and creative team.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.A collaborative and inspiring work environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.APPLY NOW!
