We are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our client's team in Silicon Oasis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in all aspects of human resources management including recruitment, payroll, training, and development. A minimum of 4 years of UAE experience and at least 8 years of overall experience in HR are required for this role. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in the veterinary medicine industry. South African or European nationality is preferred. The candidate must also be willing to travel onsite for recruitment purposes to locations such as Egypt, Qatar, and Kuwait.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and local regulations.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.Oversee payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments and compliance with labor laws.Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.Maintain employee records and HR databases ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters including performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.Handle employee grievances and conflicts working to resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives fostering a positive work culture and environment.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification preferred.Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR with a strong background in recruitment, payroll, training, and development.At least 4 years of experience working in the UAE with a thorough understanding of local labor laws and regulations.Previous experience in the veterinary medicine industry is highly desirable.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel onsite for recruitment purposes as needed.
