Job Description: We are looking for a highly experienced Civil Engineer to oversee all aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, with extensive experience in executing Infrastructure elements.Review all Infrastructure activities and ensure their suitability and schedule.Liaise with relevant stakeholders and report potential issues to management.Coordinate with Infra Contractors and Developers for smooth project execution.Manage the technical aspects of design, procurement, implementation, and close-out according to the program.Obtain approvals for instructions to consultants and contractors from Project Director and the client.Identify priorities, develop organizational structure, and provide clear direction for task execution.Attend executive and progress meetings, monitoring performance and compliance with Key Performance Indicators.Participate in planning and formulation of design alternatives and solutions for major projects.Ensure project operations comply with design specifications and government regulations.Establish performance criteria, prepare project specifications, and coordinate procurement.Direct work sequencing to expedite project delivery and minimize disruption to ongoing operations.Prepare various reports about operations, equipment, policies, and procedures.Collect and document Infrastructure learned lessons.Ensure quality of the product and monitor team members' performance to comply with company policies.Desired Candidate Profile:Any NationalityBachelor of Technology/Engineering (Civil) required.10+ years of experience in mega projects within the Construction/PMC industries.Ability to think ahead and identify new opportunities and innovative approaches.Excellent organizational and communication skills.
