Lead and inspire a team ofdesigners, art directors, and creatives to ensure they producehigh-quality and innovative designsolutions.Develop and drive the creativevision and strategy for the agency, aligning it with the businessgoals and ensuring it stays at the forefront of designtrends.Client Collaboration: Work closely withclients to understand their needs, interpret their creative briefs,and present design concepts that not only meet but also exceedtheir expectations.Team Management: Overseethe recruitment, development, and performance of the creative team,providing mentorship, guidance, and constructive feedback to fostergrowth and excellence.Manage multiple designprojects simultaneously, ensuring they are executed on time, withinbudget, and in line with the agency's qualitystandards.Ensure the agency maintains a highstandard of design quality and creative excellence across allclient projects.Manage and optimize thecreative budget, working closely with the management team tomaximize profitability.Act as the companyscreative spokesperson, representing the creative team in clientmeetings and pitches.Stay up-to-date withindustry trends and technological advancements, and encourage theteam to adopt new tools, techniques, and strategies to enhancecreativity and productivity.
