QualificationsTobe considered for the role of CFO, you must meet the followingqualifications A minimumof 5 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role,preferably in the financial servicesindustry.CPA certification ispreferred.Extensive knowledge and experiencewith US GAAP, SEC regulations, SOX requirements, and financialreporting.Proven experience in managingmonth-end and quarter-end close, internal and external audits, andrisk management.Strong understanding offinancial strategies and finance-related performancemetrics.Demonstrated leadership ability, teammanagement, and interpersonal skills.Excellentanalytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellentorganization skills.Strong communicationskills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectivelycommunicate complex financial information to a variety ofaudiences.High level of integrity anddependability with a strong sense of urgency andresults-orientation.Strong problem solving andcreative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and makedecisions based on accurate and timelyanalyses.
