Position:Leasing ManagerSalary:AEDExperience: Minimum 5yearsOverview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced LeasingManager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proventrack record in leasing management particularly within shoppingmalls with a strong background in leasing negotiations propertymanagement tenant relations financial management and teamleadership. KeyResponsibilities:LeasingManagement: Oversee all leasing activities includingattracting new tenants retaining existing tenants and ensuringmaximum occupancylevels.Negotiations:Conduct lease negotiations with potential tenants to securefavorable terms for the company while meeting tenantneeds.PropertyManagement: Ensure the effective management andmaintenance of the property to provide a high standard of serviceto tenants and customers.TenantRelations: Develop and maintain strong relationshipswith tenants to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns orissues promptly.FinancialManagement: Prepare and manage the leasing budgettrack financial performance and ensure profitability througheffective financial planning andcontrol.TeamLeadership: Lead and mentor the leasing teamproviding guidance and support to achieve team goals and individualdevelopment.Communication:Maintain effective communication with tenants team members andother stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and address anyissues effectively.Requirements:Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Leasing Manager positionpreferably in shopping malls or similar retailenvironments.Skills:Strongleasing and negotiation skills.Proficient inproperty management and tenantrelations.Excellent financial management andbudgeting skills.Proven leadership abilitiesand team management experience.Strongcommunication and interpersonalskills.Education:Bachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate PropertyManagement or a related field is preferred.Remote Work : No INT
