Receiving work order jobs forscreen printing.Examining work orders todetermine estimated printing times, ink, and materialquantities.Designing screen patterns accordingto customer specifications.Selecting screensize, degreasing agents, and emulsioncoatings.Loading screens into theprinter.Installing and repositioning screenprinting plates and pressure roles.Calibratingprinter before the batch is printed.Runningprints and performing quality checks throughout the printingprocess.Troubleshooting problems as theyarise.Drying, folding, and packing completedarticles after the run.
