To ensure a professional andprofitable operation within the framework of theHotelWith the hotel training manager, identifytraining needs and develop and deliver the required training fordepartment employees to meet the needs of the business. Support thetraining of Departmental Trainers to continue to improve hotelservice levels,and implement a daily departmental trainingprogram.To achieve departmental budget goalsby maintaining profits through increased sales revenue andefficient cost expenditureTo accuratelyforecast business demands to ensure efficient staffing &food production.To be responsible for allaccounting and billing procedures in theoutletsTo work with hotel management todevelop & execute plans and actions for the marketing ofthe outlet. To be aware of all Anantara Guest Incentive programs,and actively promote and support these.Toensure the efficient scheduling of Management & Associatesin the outlet, and to be responsible for the accurate supervisionof the associate time control system.To beresponsible for the execution of all Associate reviews andappraisals in a professional and timelymannerTo train managers and supervisors ineffective "coaching and counseling" and thecorrect process of progressive disciplineTo beresponsible for maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standardsat all timesTo be responsible for assetmanagement of all outlet property and facilities, and to conduct aregular preventative maintenanceinspection.Promote positive inter-departmentalrelations through candid communication andcooperation.To work closely with theBanqueting department to support all requestedfunctions.Above all, to lead by examplethrough a "hands on" approach to motivate ourAssociates to excel.
