About TheRoleAt Amazon, we believeevery day is still day one. Today is that day for you. We arelooking for an exceptionally talented, bright and driven person tojoin our Human Resources team as an Associate Partner. TheAssociate Partner will be a progressive, hands-on and customerobsessed front line HR representative to the line operators(Associate) population in the Amazon Fulfillment Center, providingcover, which is aligned with the Operations shiftpattern.A core part of your responsibilitieswill be taking care and addressing associate queries, placingengagement with associates as your primary focus within ourlocation Fulfillment Center. As an integral part of the HR team,you will deliver the highest quality of service to our internal andexternal customers; ensuring associates are supported througheffective query handling and problem solving, followed closely by ahigh level of process understanding and administrativesupport.Role ResponsibilitiesProvide Associate support on HRrelated topics (documentation of and follow-up on requests,escalation of issues, problem solving, meeting notes), ensuring anengaging workplace environmentExecute employeeadministration (incl. Time and Attendance) is managed accuratelyand timely (e.g. vacation planningsupport)Collect and input data, providemetrics through reports to the HR and OperationsleadersSupport hiring initiatives includingevents, onboarding and new hire orientationWe are open to hiring candidates towork out of one of the followinglocations:Dubai,AREBasicQualificationsBasicQualifications UAENational with a family bookMinimum high schooldiploma education degree orequivalentKnowledge with MS Office Suite(Word, Excel, Power Point, Access,Outlook)Ability to work on shifts that arealigned with Operations at location FulfillmentCenterAnalytical skills (able to identifyproblem and a root cause, work with numbers, data, run metrics andpull reports...)Interest in HRfieldPreferredQualificationsExperience in employment law, and HR/ PayrollAble to maintain utmostconfidentiality and protect sensitive HRinformationEffective communicationskillsAbility to work independently and thrivein a fast-paced environmentExperience in asimilar industry We're looking forward to receiving yourapplication.
