Responsibilities

1. Support the Sales and Marketing Manager in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.

2. Identify and develop new business opportunities with healthcare institutions, clinics, and medical professionals.

3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.

4. Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and industry trends to enhance our product offerings.

5. Generate sales leads and convert them into successful business deals through effective negotiations and persuasive selling techniques.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns, marketing materials, and strategies to increase brand awareness and product visibility.

7. Provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support to clients, ensuring their full understanding and utilization of our medical products including consumables, and instruments.

8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, client information, and reports, utilizing Appropriate tools as necessary.

9. Stay informed about new products, market trends, and developments within the medical industry to effectively position and differentiate our offerings.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any medical related field.

2. Proven experience of 3 or more years in sales and marketing with a focus on medical equipment, consumables, and instruments.

3. Deep knowledge and understanding of the medical industry, including healthcare institutions, clinics, and medical professionals.

4. Valid Qatar driving license with a clean driving record.

5. Transferrable work Visa with NOC.

6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

6. Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

7. Goal-oriented mindset with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

9. Ability to effectively work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

10. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and overcome challenges to achieve successful outcomes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
