SR ADMIN/PROJECT COORDINATOR:

Develop senior management communications and presentations.

Coordinate activities on process improvements across the organization as instructed by the line management.

Provide efficient administrative and office management services to the Executive Director of Quality and Patient Safety, ensuring work is completed effectively and efficiently within agreed timescales.

Identify and implement process improvements proposals and participates in process improvement initiatives.

Ensure that inquiries or issues that reach the Executive Director of Quality and Patient Safety office and require its attention are handled promptly and efficiently.

Develops and disseminates corporate ethics statements, policies and supporting forms/acknowledgements.

Provides an internal review of other corporate policies to ensure corporate consistency and integration with the company's ethics philosophies.

Oversees the development and implementation of corporate ethics and conflict-of-interest training and conducts ethical decision-making training for senior management on ethics issues and avoiding conflicts of interest.

Assist with the investigation and management of complex problems and enquiries, including investigating and managing complaints related to research ethics and compliance.

Support Corporate Ethics Committee meetings and maintain appropriate records like Action Log, Trends etc. of such Ethics related meetings.

Finalize minutes from the meeting and prepare an Executive summary of minutes and related upcoming Meeting Agenda

Draft Annual report for review and share timely data with the Data and

Performance Management for generating necessary reports.

Support in preparing the project initiation reports, project closure reports and all other requisite reports on a timely basis.

Keep accurate records of all complaints escalated to the office of the executive, ensuring that responses and reports are available from department heads within the agreed timescales.

Support the project specialist in coordinating between various departments/sections to ensure the progress of the ongoing projects.

Support in producing and updating project documentation using appropriate tools.

Demonstrate proactive approach to patient safety by thinking what might go wrong in all undertakings and take necessary measures to prevent them

from happening.

Identify and report potential or actual patient safety concerns, errors and/or near misses in timely manner.

Follow patient safety-related policies, procedures and protocols.

Demonstrate a sense of teamwork and effective communication.

Partner with line manager to understand risks in the area of work, develop a plan on how to mitigate those risks, and develop shared accountability for implementing and evaluating the plan.

The incumbent will undertake any such appropriate duties or responsibilities as directed.

Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard any sensitive information.

Experience & Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Healthcare

Stream, Computer Science, Or a relevant stream.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.

At least 2 years of experience managing projects preferably in health care environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR7,500.00 per month
