We are committed to delivering high-quality products that prioritize comfort and convenience for our customers.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Marketing Specialist at PINQ. This role involves planning, developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, reach target audiences, and drive engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and digital marketing strategies. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for various day-to-day marketing tasks. This includes :Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, email, print) to reach target audiences and achieve business objectives.Identify and research relevant influencers in our industry/niche, including bloggers, vloggers, social media personalities, and content creators.Build and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiating partnerships, and managing contracts/agreements.Develop creative influencer marketing campaigns/contents that align with brand objectives and target audience preferences.Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, including reach, engagement, and ROI, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketingConduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences, and use insights to develop marketing strategies.Create engaging content for various communication channels like social media posts, website, blogs posts, and email newsletters.Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product development) to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using metrics such as ROI, conversion rates, and engagement metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, digital technologies, and consumer behavior.Assist in the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.Support the development of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and sales materials.Contribute to the development of the marketing budget and ensure campaigns are executed within budget constraints.QualificationsBachelor's / Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.Proven experience (typically 2-3 years) in marketing management, influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketingDeep understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Meta, YouTube, TikTok) and influencer marketing trendsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey brand messaging effectively.Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, able to develop innovative influencer marketing campaigns.Analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools to track and measure campaign performance.Strong understanding of marketing strategiesCustomer service-oriented mindsetRelevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:Previous experience in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands.Experience working with influencers in specific industriesCertifications or coursework related to influencer marketing or social media management.Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior PRB
